Cold Emailing Isn’t My Job
And It shouldn’t be yours
I have been doing Email Marketing for more than 6 months now (officially). I have been running my own newsletter for 1 year and I have written emails earlier.
But…recently I have been facing issues with people’s understanding.
I have kept this headline on my LinkedIn profile.
I have a booking link too. And I am getting bookings, but people are looking for “cold emailing.”
First, I thought my profile message wasn’t clear and conveying that I provide cold email service, but I checked and found that it was not about my profile message.
Also, I talk about newsletters and email funnels. So, it should not sound like I provide cold email service.
But the main problem is people’s misconceptions. A lot of people think email marketers do everything.
So, this blog is a clarification. Though, I’ve already written about types of Email Marketing.
